Small home research
Seaside Housing Infill was a research project into the potential of small home and small lots, and the ways that such houses could work both individually and as a communal whole. The creation of a series of homes on four hypothetical sites and configurations- a corner lot, a site surrounded by neighbours on three sides, and north and south facing houses- showed the potential of such homes both alone, and as larger wholes where elements such as solar access and open space were cleverly combined and achieved for all properties.
