The refurbishment of a traditional timber house for use as an office space in Paddington, Brisbane.
Located in inner city Brisbane, 84 Latrobe involved the conversion of a former residential address to a commercial office space. The client, a budding property group sought to house a number of different functions within the premises including existing tenancies. This lent itself to maintaining much of the original planning arrangement and the subsequent provision of a unique range of spaces.
Conventional materials were used in combination with a strong colour palette in order to produce contemporary, professional spaces, which allow for flexible working arrangements.
